5. Payments

IdeyFindHouse may collect payments only for platform services including:

• Subscription plans.
• Featured listings.
• Advertising services.
• Property promotion services.

IdeyFindHouse does not receive or hold payments for buying, selling or renting properties between buyers and vendors unless explicitly stated for a particular service.

6. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor the platform for suspicious activities.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts under investigation.
• Permanently ban fraudulent users.

Complaints are investigated and appropriate actions may include listing removal, account suspension or permanent termination.
